2. Product Description
Cozywall.ma offers a variety of wall decor products, including high-quality printed and framed posters designed to create a warm, cozy atmosphere. While we strive to present accurate descriptions and images of our products, slight variations in color or appearance may occur depending on screen settings and printing processes.
3. Geographic Scope
Our products and services are available exclusively within Morocco.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes. Prices also cover handling, packaging, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Cozywall.ma reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but items will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
5. Orders
Orders can be placed directly on the website or via WhatsApp, according to the customer's preference. Before confirming an order, customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of all provided information (product details, size, contact info, etc.). A confirmation message or email will be sent after order placement, followed by a call or message from our team to validate the order. If no confirmation is received, the order may be cancelled.
6. Payment Methods
We offer several secure payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the product.
7. Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days, subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Deliveries are made through our logistics partners as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather or transportation issues, and we cannot be held liable for such delays.
8. Right of Withdrawal
All our products are made to order and customized based on customer specifications (size, design, frame, etc.). As a result, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Exchanges are only possible in the event of a manufacturing defect, and refunds are not provided. It is essential that customers carefully review their order details before final confirmation.
